BURLINGTON, MA - December 4, 2001 - E-mail and Fax Broadcasting services leader SmartSource today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with FreshAddress to offer FreshAddress' Email Change of Address (ECOA) and List Cleaning services to its clients using FreshAddress' patent-pending technology. Under the agreement, SmartSource will resell FreshAddress services directly to its current and future clients. The two companies will also engage in joint marketing activities.
