NEWTON, MA (April 12, 2007) - FreshAddress, Inc., the industry's leading email database services provider, today announced that Austin C. Bliss, president, has been named a "Rising Star" by the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation. The award was bestowed to four individuals under 40 who have demonstrated superior leadership abilities, a strong track record of outstanding results, and a stellar reputation for "giving back" through direct marketing education. This is the inaugural year of the award.

Bliss is recognized for building FreshAddress' patented ECOA technology from the ground up, providing special services to nonprofit organizations, as well as sharing knowledge by frequently speaking at industry events and webinars.
