Meet Brett Hannah, Senior Account Manager at FreshAddress! Since it’s Brett’s birthday, we thought it would be the perfect time to shine a light his way. Brett  was born, raised, and educated in Maryland. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing, he moved to Florida and launched his career. When he’s not helping FreshAddress clients craft solutions for their email database challenges, you’ll find him in the great outdoors or with his head under the hood of his prized 1967 Ford Fairlane.

Q: What is your background experience?

A: This is my 20th year of sales and business development in the tech sector. I’ve worked for a variety of companies, ranging from small start-ups to those on the Fortune 500. I’ve brokered ICs and semi-conductors, started POS/Data Capture and white box business units,  and sold enterprise networking and change & configuration management solutions.

BH HeadshotQ:How long have you been working for FreshAddress?

A: My three year anniversary is in May. Feel free to send cigars and balloons. Hah hah!

Q: If you could give one tip to everyone doing email marketing, what would it be?

A: Create email campaigns the way you would want to receive them.

Q: What’s your favorite part about your work?

A: I love learning about a customer’s business and crafting a solution with our services that ultimately makes them more successful. It’s really rewarding.

Q: What are some things you enjoy when you’re not thinking about email?

A: I either swim or play racquetball almost every day during the week. On weekends, I like to hike, ski, and hang out with my awesome 6 year old son.
