Have you met Janis Garland, our Director of Business Operations? She grew up in Medford, the daughter of a school teacher and a college professor. With exceptional organizational skills, Janis oversees operations, A/R, A/P, and HR.

Q: What is your background experience?

A: I worked in business banking for over 15 years before starting a family. My part time job is a wedding coordinator for my church, where I juggle 15-20 weddings per year.

A: Five years!!! I started in October 2008

Q: If you could give one tip to everyone doing email marketing, what would it be?

A: Work with us! We have an extremely professional staff who has the vision and creativity to help your company succeed.

Q: What’s your favorite part about YOUR ROLE?

A: I truly enjoy working with our clients and partners!

Q: What are some things you enjoy when you’re not thinking about great service and running a tight ship?

A: When I am not working and/or thinking about work, I love to spend time with my family. We love to ski the New England mountains.  In the summer, we take our boat all along the Massachusetts coast line.  It is very relaxing and the best way to forget about anything else that’s going on in the world!
