What does a quality email address look like?
On a basic level, there are 3 attributes that every quality email address shares:
Step 1: Deliverable
This one is simple. The email address doesn’t bounce and reaches AN inbox.
Step 2: Accurate
Next, the email address must not only be deliverable, it has to reach the CORRECT inbox. In other words, it connects with your intended target. It’s not a deliverable typo, bogus, disposable, role account, or spamtrap address.
Most people have more than one email address. So, you always want subscribers to trust you enough to give you the one they check most often. Not their assistant’s email or the account they check once a month. Why?
Because that’s the best way to ensure that your email gets read. In fact, primary addresses are over 14X more likely to read an email than a secondary.
