We recognize that your customer information is one of your most valuable assets, and FreshAddress is committed to keeping your data safe.

Effective 6/1/2020, FreshAddress will be moving our default Data Retention window from 90 days to 30 days after our results are delivered to you. In other words, all client data will be destroyed automatically by FreshAddress thirty (30) days after project completion and results delivery. Our decision is in response to legislative changes in the industry and is in line with current best practice standards for leading service providers and companies that process personal consumer information.

The information subject to our Data Retention policy includes all Client-supplied data, including Automated and Managed Service input files, API calls, and FreshAddress’s corresponding results and files. The 30-day countdown will begin once our results are delivered to you.

Any applicable results returned to you before 6/1/2020 will be deleted on 6/1/2020 or thirty days after results delivery, whichever is later. If you need any prior results redelivered, please email helpdesk@freshaddress.com.

Although we will no longer be retaining your data files for longer than 30 days, you will still be able to access project reports, view aggregate SafetoSend and other project findings, retrieve detailed usage information, and more via your Client Portal.
