Terms of Service

These Terms of Service relate specifically to the FreshAddress consumer service site.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, FreshAddress, Inc. grants you a limited, nonexclusive license to use the FreshAddress.com service.

By using the FreshAddress.com consumer service you agree not to:

use data obtained from the FreshAddress database for spam or other solicitations, commercial or not;
use any data obtained from the FreshAddress database as part of a commercial product, service or content offering;
sell or otherwise distribute any data obtained from the FreshAddress database;
incorporate data from the FreshAddress database into any e-mail or other "white pages" products or services, whether browser based, based on proprietary client-side applications, Web based, or other; or
use the data in a manner which could be reasonably expected to offend any person for whom the data is relevant.

You agree not to use any automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers or the like to download data from the FreshAddress database.

You agree not to enter any data that is libelous, defamatory or unlawful, or that violates or infringes any trademark, copyright or similar rights of others.

You agree not to knowingly enter any data which is false or misleading at the time of entry.

You agree not to use the FreshAddress.com service to enter, upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

FreshAddress, Inc. reserves the right to deny access to any user or group of users to the FreshAddress database, at its sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason or no reason.

FreshAddress, Inc. reserves the right to remove any data from the
FreshAddress database at any time and for any or no reason.

FreshAddress, Inc. does not control, and makes no warranty regarding, the accuracy, integrity or quality of any of the data contained in the FreshAddress database. FreshAddress, Inc. will not be liable for any damages of any kind incurred as a result of the data contained in the FreshAddress database or use of the FreshAddress service. FreshAddress, Inc. disclaims any and all warranties relating to the FreshAddress database and the FreshAddress service, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE.

FreshAddress, Inc. reserves the right to make any changes to this agreement at any time, without notice.
