Transmit Your File
For the fastest and most accurate processing, please submit your file via our secure automated website, DataVault. This link can be found within your welcome email, on your status page, or you can use the client login below:
Alternatively, if your file is over 300 MB or needs special handling, we can accept files via other modes of transmission.

If you don’t have an FTP program available, try connecting through your web browser or Windows Explorer. If you’re using a web browser, you can simply put ftp://listprocessing.freshaddress.com/ in the address bar. If using Windows Explorer, simply go to “My Computer” and put ftp://listprocessing.freshaddress.com in the address bar.
After transmitting your file to listprocessing.freshaddress.com, send an email to FreshAddress List Processing to inform us that your file has been submitted for processing. Please indicate the number of records transmitted so we can confirm the file is complete.
You will receive confirmation of your submission via email once your job has been queued for processing.
